Hi!\u00a0 I\u2019m Rebecca Hill – Personal Family Lawyer\u00ae.\u00a0 After spending 17 years in practicing in litigation, I have seen first-hand how families can be torn apart by poor estate planning.\u00a0 At a time when families should be able to come together to grieve, they often find themselves in a dispute over matters that could have been easily avoided with the right plan in place.<\/em><\/p>

Rebecca graduated from Cumberland School of Law in 2006 and has been working with families and small business owners in various capacities ever since. During the early years of her legal career, she helped clients – both individuals and small businesses – face the intimidating and uncertain process of Bankruptcy. Throughout her entire legal career, she assisted clients through the tumultuous process of litigation, helping them make the best decisions for themselves and their families in the face of challenging circumstances.<\/p>

After 17 years of helping clients\u00a0when\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>bad things happened, she turned the focus of her practice to helping clients\u00a0prevent\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>bad things from happening. Rebecca now focuses her entire practice on the process of Estate Planning so that she can help her clients protect the people and the assets they love and value most.<\/p>

Rebecca is the founder and lead attorney at Family First Estate Planning, where she helps individuals and families protect what matters most through thoughtful, relationship-centered estate planning.<\/p>

Her approach is grounded in the belief that estate planning is not just about documents \u2014 it\u2019s about people, clarity, and care across generations. She takes time to understand each family\u2019s unique values, concerns, and goals, and designs plans that truly work in real life.<\/p>

Through the Life & Legacy Planning\u00ae process, Rebecca helps families avoid court, reduce conflict, and move forward with confidence \u2014 knowing the people they love will be protected.<\/p>

Most importantly, Rebecca has been married to her husband, Matt, for more than 20 years and is the proud mother of four amazing children \u2013 Mattie, Walker, Katie and Josie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
